ביטול על ידי המדריך בין 14 ימי עבודה עד 2 ימי עבודה זיכוי להשתלמות עתידית.
ביטול או אי הגעת המדריך להשתלמות בתוך 48 שעות לפני קיום ההשתלמות אין החזר או זיכוי.
ביטול או שינוי תאריך ההשתלמות על ידי הארגון מקנה למדריך זיכוי להשתלמות עתידית או החזר כספי.
כל בקשה לזיכוי או החזר חייב להתקבל בכתוב בתוך שבוע ל educationals@moreshetderech.co.il או בוואטסאפ לטלפון 054-3252381
.Cancellation by the guide up to 14 days prior to the hishtalmut date will entitle the guide to a full refund less a service fee
.Cancellation by the guide between 14 and 2 days before the hishtalmut date will entitle the guide to a coupon credit for a future hishtalmut
.Cancellation from 48 hours before the hishtalmut will forgo any credit or refund
Cancellation or change of date by Moreshet Derech will afford the guide credit for future hishtalmut or refund as per the guide's request within one week of the cancellation. All requests must be sent in writing to educationals@moreshetderech.co.il or via WhatsApp to 054-3252381
