ניתן לבטל השתתפות בהשתלמות עד 48 שעות לפני שעת המפגש ביום ההשתלמות. ביטול תוך 14 ימים לפני מועד ההשתלמות מזכה את המדריך בקופון להשתלמות אחרת של מורשת דרך. אחרי מועד זה אין החזר כספי או זיכוי כלשהו. הודעתך על הביטול תישלח באמצעות דוא"ל בלבד לכתובת: educationals@moreshetderech.co.il
בגוף הודעת הדוא"ל נא לרשום:
- שם מלא
- מספר רישיון הדרכה
- מספר טלפון נייד
- שם ומספר ההשתלמות
יש אפשרות לקבל החזר כספי (בניקוי עמלה חברת האשראי על סך 10₪) אם הביטול הוא מעבר ל 14 יום לפני מועד ההשתלמות או קופון זיכוי להשתלמות אחרת (במלאו הסכום ששולם), אם ההודעתך הגיעה לכתובת המייל educationals@moreshetderech.co.il.
Cancellation policy:
It is possible to cancel your participation in a hishtalmut up to 48 hours prior to the hour of commencement. Cancellations within 14 days will be given a credit coupon for another Moreshet Derech hishtalmut. After this time no refund will be forthcoming. You must send a message of your desire to cancel participation by email only to educationals@moreshetderech.co.il.
In the body of the email please write:
- Guides’ full name
- Guides license number
- Mobile phone number
- Name and number of the hishtalmut
A credit will be issued if the cancellation was made within 14 days of the hishtalmut in the full amount paid. It is possible to receive a refund for the full price less ₪10 to cover the credit card charges.
